Description

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga is a faith-based, non-profit organization devoted to transforming Chattanooga by eliminating poverty housing and homelessness through the construction of adequate and basic housing for low-income individuals and families. It is a non-profit, legally incorporated affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International.

Volunteer labor, contributions, and donated materials are used to build simple, decent homes. Carefully selected families buy each home with no-interest loans. Their loan payments, with support from individuals, businesses, churches, foundations and civic organizations build more homes and continues the process.

More than building homes, we build hope.
