O ur M ission , is to promote healthy living through dance and music by providing a professional quality dance and music experiences at a low cost for all ages. To aide in the development of children by providing free dance and music classes through youth programs to low income and at risk youth.

X4D has been serving the Baltimore community since 2007 by providing vital social services via the arts.X4D has excelled at channeling our high level of art training programs to address the needs of the community’s children and teens. What’s more, these programs are offered at low or no cost - ensuring that everyone has access to the numerous benefits that these programs provide. Our commitment is to ensure that all youth in the Baltimore City community has access to the wonderful resources that art programs provide.
