Two Seasons (10 weeks): Fall Season: September-November Spring Season: February- April Practices are after school, usually around 4:00-5:30 At Girls on the Run, we believe that adolescents bring a lot to the table. We also know that girls at this age often sort through conflicting messages about their worth, their abilities and their value. Our new middle school program, Heart & Sole, helps girls develop the skills to tune into their own truths and to unleash their power to live confidently and joyfully. We invite you to be a part of this by becoming a Heart & Sole coach... and we’ll provide the training and all the materials you need! Girls on the Run of Union County provides a facilitated training session on the Heart & Sole curriculum. Every coach also gets a coach kit that includes the Heart & Sole curriculum guide. The guide contains written walkthroughs of each lesson with tips to help you manage your time, lead the activities and make the most of each practice. You’ll find additional support on the Girls on the Run Coaches Corner and in weekly coach email communication.
