Mission Statement

Our mission is to save animals brought into the city shelter by the Animal Control Officer, by reuniting with owners or placing into foster care for adoption. thus preventing so many animals being euthanized on a weekly basis. We also assist the community with low cost spay & neuter for thier pets. Assistance for the well being of all animals in our surrounding community.

Description

OCHS operates out of the City Animal Shelter, insuring each animal coming in is healthy and has the oppurtunity to be reunited with owner or adopted out thru a foster home.

OCHS participates in local adoption events in Tulsa at the Petsmart Stores. Other special events thru out the year.

OCHS has numerous Foster Homes for the pets to be offered for adoption.
