Call Center Volunteers for Poway, CA & Dallas, TX

Our call center volunteers provide free financial guidance and assistance services to individuals impacted by the hurricanes. Volunteers staff the HOPE Coalition America Call Center located in Poway, California or Dallas, Texas.

Call Center volunteers will be trained on how to conduct an intake interview and provide a basic level of assistance, compassion counseling, and/or referrals on additional services needed, but not provided by HOPE Coalition America.
