Description

Program needs individuals to provide childcare while adult caregivers attend our support groups and other special classes and activities.

Our program provides assistance to kinship care families (grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings and others who are raising their relative's children). We hold weekly support groups in Saginaw and Bay Counties. We need volunteers to provide childcare while the adults attend the groups. Childcare takes place at the same location as the group. Average number of children is between 3 and 7.

We also occasionally have parenting groups and other classes that require childcare.
