Geneva Township Senior Center

Description

Our senior center will be opening in early 2007 and volunteers of all types are needed to organize the groundwork on which this center will be based.

With the senior population growing in our area, Geneva Township wanted to provide a senior center for the residents. A senior center has never existed in our town and the need is great. Since the center is just beginning, all aspects of managerial, administrative, programming and community outreach need to be addressed. Volunteers will comprise nearly 100% of the staff with only 1 1/2 professional staff on duty.
