Mission Statement

The mission of Greyhound Pet Adoption Northwest is to find responsible loving homes for Greyhounds, which fail to qualify or no longer qualify for the racetrack. Greyhound Pet Adoption Northwest acquaints the public with the desirability of Greyhounds as pets and informs them of the availability of the dogs for adoption.

Description

Greyhound Pet Adoption Northwest is a non-profit corporation and a tax-exempt organization. It is part of a national network of Greyhound adoption groups that follow the highest standards for the care of Greyhounds and adoption procedures. Your donations to Greyhound Pet Adoption Northwest are tax deductible.

Staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers; all donations and other revenues are dedicated entirely to supporting our Greyhound adoption program.
Greyhound Pet Adoption Northwest welcomes volunteers from all walks of life, regardless of whether they have adopted a Greyhound. All that is required is a love of animals, and a willingness to work.
