Strengthening families to prevent child abuse and neglect.

Family Outreach volunteers provide a variety of services to families in our community, including:

1. Casework - Home Visiting for support and guidance
2. Telephone Resource and Referral - Answering a telephone resource and referral line
3. Community Awareness - Making presentations to the community on child abuse/neglect, prevention and Family Outreach programs
4. Conducting parent education classes
5. Baby Love - Visiting new mothers at Cy-Fair Hospital to provide parenting information
6. Administrative - Serving on a Board of Directors, writing grants, advising the Board
