The mission of the Family Institute for Creative Well-Being is to enhance the social, emotional and spiritual health of families who have children(birth-adult)with disabilities or chronic illness through use of the creative arts. When family members engage in creative activities they are able to create new visions and meanings that make it easier to manage the stressors and challenges that accompany these ongoing health conditions.
