Mission Statement

Electronic Access Foundation’s mission is to partner with corporations, universities and organizations with surplus, functional computers and electronic equipment and donate to charitable organizations and people in need to help end the "Digital Divide".

Description

Electronic Access Foundation Inc. (EAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established for the purpose of donating surplus electronic equipment to other qualified charitable organizations in need.

EAF obtains donations through partnership with corporations, universities, and organizations by offering them an alternative to recycling of their surplus electronic equipment. In return for their donations, EAF offers these corporations, universities, and organizations:

• Tax credit for the current fair market value of equipment

• Removal of the equipment at no cost

• Secure data sanitation at no cost, including hard drive-specific electronic reporting

We are dedicated to the reuse of the surplus electronic equipment, as opposed to the recycling as waste, as a commitment to the community and environment.

Electronic Access Foundation Inc. (EAF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Hillsborough, New Jersey and is a current member of the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce.

EAF is established with the Internal Revenue Service as a C-Corporation, dedicated to partnering with corporations, universities, and organizations in order to provide local qualified charitable and nonprofit organizations with much-needed computers and electronic equipment. In return for their donations, EAF offers donors tax credits for fair market value of their equipment in addition to on-site removal and data destruction at no cost. EAF is also helping the environment by offering an alternative to recycling and keeping surplus and unwanted electronic equipment out of landfills.
