Help underserved youth discover the magic of music! Volunteer at Ethos Music Center!

Ethos is a vibrant nonprofit music center dedicated to the promotion of music and music-based education for youth in some of Oregon's most underserved communities.

Ethos is headquarted in a 7500 square foot facility in North Portland. Ethos has four main programs designed to bring music education back to underserved youth: 1) Music Lessons for Kids (at our headquarters), 2) Music Corps (music instruction in schools throughout Portland), 3) Sound School Assemblies (music exposure in the schools), and 4) Music Across Oregon (music teachers live in rural towns and are employed by local schools to teach music full time)

Music lessons at our headquartes are offered on a sliding scale and our Music Corps classes are offered to students for free at their school - Access to music education belongs to everyone
