"Launch a Life" provides an opportunity for exceptional orphaned and vulnerable children to become self-sufficient, educated leaders and young adults in Cambodia by helping them attend university. With a college education they become active professionals, build strong personal relationships and families and pass this positive influence on to the next generation.
