Description
The Santana Dotson Foundation was established in 1995 to provide the financial and emotional support needed by challenged, yet deserving high school students to realize their dreams of a college education. Founder, Santana Dotson, defensive lineman for the Washington Redskins.
The Foundation is able to meet its goals with the assistance of All Sports Community Service, Inc., a non-profit organization founded by former Chicago Bear, Tyrone Keys and Jerry Ulm, Sr., to serve "at risk" youth. It is based out of Tampa Florida, where Santana played his first four years in the NFL as a starting defensive lineman for the Buccaneers.
The Santana Dotson Foundation has awarded seven scholarships at $1,000.00 per student, per year since its inception.
The Foundation has also assisted the students via the All Sports Community Service, Inc. with:
. Academic tutoring
. SAT and ACT testing preparation
. Employment opportunities for students wishing to work to help support their families.
. Community service- All participants are required to perform a minimum of 10 hours of community service per semester.
. College retention program- All college students are able to seek help from the Dotson Foundation

The Foundation is able to meet its goals while being mentored by All Sports Community Services, Inc., a 501(c)(3) a non-profit charitable organization non profit organization founded by former Chicago Bear, Tyrone Keys and Jerry Ulm, Sr. All Sports is based out of Tampa Florida where Santana started his NFL career. It is supported by NFL Charities.
