Chance To Advance Mentors Wanted!

Chance To Advance Mentors act as a friend and a liasion between the community and youth in foster care all across Long Island. 1-on-1 Mentors will be able to meet on a regular basis to connect the children with extracurricular activities as well as college and vocational coaching.
