Description

The Board of Child Care's ministry of serving is rooted in a strong Christian foundation based on Wesleyan Traditions.

Located on 29 acres of land in western Baltimore County, the Board of Child Care provides a complete continuum of care for hundreds of children and their families. Many of the children come from backgrounds of abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Children in care range in age from 9 to 21 years and are referred to the Board of Child Care through Maryland's Department of Social Services, Department of Human Resources, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Maryland Housing Authority and various Boards of Education.
