Description

Brooklawn provides an array of mental health services for emotionally troubled children and families, including residential treatment, special education, and in-home support.

Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities - With a staff to child ratio of 1 to 3. This is the most intense level of residential treatment outside of a psychiatric hospital

Residential Treatment - Brooklawn provides safe and structured group living and intensive clinical services, including individual, group, and family counseling for 66 boys.

Brooklawn School - On campus education is provided through collaboration with the Jefferson County Public Schools. Each student is provided an individualized education plan, with eight or fewer students per class.

Life Skills - Provides home-based support services to families in an effort to prevent out-of-home placement.

IMPACT Plus Services - Brooklawn is an approved provider of targeted case management, day treatment, therapeutic child support, individual therapy, group therapy, collateral therapy, and therapeutic group residential treatment.

Training - Provides professional training and consultation to staff who work with severely emotionally disturbed children and youth.
