Here's a sample of our volunteer opportunities:VIEW AS
To make children's issues the top priority with voters, community leaders, and campaign contributors.
WHY: It's time to challenge communities and citizens to explore new ways to meet the needs of our children -- needs which have placed Florida 35th in the nation on key indicators of children's health and well- being.
WHO: A statewide network of community leaders and grassroots volunteers working to unite Floridians around ways to help children.
HOW: Local campaign networks disseminate information to the media, distribute material to voters, and sponsor candidate forums, focus groups and town meetings. The campaign wants to empower communities to form a consensus vision on improving the quality of life for its children and families, and determine "Who 's for Kids and Who's Just Kidding."
The non-partisan Florida Children's Campaign is not a PAC, does not endorse candidates, and does not take a position on referendum issues.
