These organizations provide a range of child, youth and family support services that range from residential shelters to outpatient therapy to street outreach in Portland, OR and Southwest Washington.

Arras, Inc. provides administrative support services to Janus Youth Programs and Morrison Center Child and Family Services and their strategic partners. It is a support organization established solely to carry out the charitable purposes of the above named family, child and youth serving agencies.

Janus and Morrison Center work together in an interagency strategic partnership known as the Federation for Children and Youth. The partnership was established in 1995 in order to provide efficiencies within the organizations and enhanced services to the community in a number of areas including an expanded continuum of care for clients; improved staff professional development opportunities; and streamlined administrative services.

Arras currently provides fiscal, human resources, information technology, health & safety and facilities management for all organizations, and many related administrative activities.
