From mobile crisis intervention to community residences...from in-home behavioral support to homeless outreach...Sweetser's continuum of care covers all aspects of behavioral health.
The following are programs that we provide: Specialized Residential Services for Youth; Community Residences for Youth; Community-Based Services for Adults; Community-Based Services for Children, Adolescents and Families; Case Management Services; School-Based Behavioral Health Services; and Sweetser Educational Services.
