As a mental health agency with a focus on cross-cultural issues, CMHS works to provide disadvantaged minority children and families of the DC Metropolitan Area with a wide range of services to improve general functioning of individual adults, children, and families. CMHS has partnered with Opportunities, Alternatives, and Resources (OAR) to leverage our resources and core competencies to meet the special needs of children of prisoners.
