To provide DIABETES PREVENTION, EDUCATION AND SUPPORTIVES services through promoting physical activities, healthy nutrition, trreatment adherence and throuch creating social support networks.

Description

We are a small non-profit in South Los Angeles who conduct Diabetes Prevemtion through Education and Health Activities.

We also have a Children's Division called the S.W.E.L.L. Kid Project - AlgeBraniac Tutoring. We help kids with homework while integrating healthy messages and habits to each child. For example, we've have several DENTAL CLINICS where the children have been able to get teeth checked. AS BAD TEETH ARE UNHEALTHY AND HURT KIDS TRYING TO DO WELL IN SCHOOL.
