Help seniors with difficulties with some of their daily basic functions. Transporting to and from the salons will help both the resident and the volunteer feel better about themselves.

Classic Hair Care performs salon services at Nursing Homes and Assisted Living faciities, and in many facilities the residents need help getting to the salon. The volunteer would transport the resident to and from the salon. During the time they are with the resident they can engage in conversation since many of the residents don't have anyone to speak with and are lonely. Going to the salon is a highlight of the resident's week. We believe the residents will feel better about themselves, and the volunteers will be happy they were helpful to the residents and their local community.
