Description

Deliver Meals on Wheels to older people in New Castle County. Volunteers are needed for meal delivery and a friendly visit. A volunteer may be the only person who a homebound senior sees all day.

City Fare serves about 300 lunches in senior centers throughout the city of Wilmington delivers about 800 Meals on Wheels per day throughout the county to seniors who are no longer able to leave their homes. Our mission is to help older people maintain their health and independence and prevent premature institutional care by offering more than just a meal. Other services include nutrition education, nutrition counseling and help in locating other needed services such as prescription assistance, home health aids and housing.

yes i will recommend this to a friend because i always like this position serving people in their needs or other things. Especially my best friend she always like that and we try to find a job position like that but it was impossible now i am praying to have that position forever in my life . i hope to receive any contact from u guys.
