Help middle schoolers make the grade by tutoring at Sennett!

Here's an opportunity to get involved at Sennett Middle School and personally tutor a student who could really use your help! We can find a variety of times between 8:00am and 4:00pm when someone could help out a student, so this opportunity is very flexible. We also provide short but informative sessions for our volunteers to learn effective teaching techniques and ways to relate with middle schoolers.
Tutor experiences here are challenging and, without exception, wholly fulfilling to all who spend time with our students. Our volunteers report a sense of empowerment from getting involved in the community, accomplishment in observing a student's academic improvement, and fulfillment from positively influencing the lives of young people.
