The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and dimininishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy and service.

Description

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life events of Youngstown, Liberty, Cortland and Newton Falls/Lordstown are looking for community leaders who are interested in joining our event planning leadership team in 2015! We have many roles available to match a variety of interests and time schedules.

Each Relay For Life event has its own planning committee and we invite you to join with us! Fundraising dollars go to support local cancer survivors with program and services as well as fund researchers in Ohio, PA and all over the United States.
