Our goal is to assist older adults in maintaining their independence, dignity and quality of life, and to provide support for families and caregivers.

Our Older Adult Services provides many services:
HELP Project on the Southside, and CARES on the Peninsula, provide minor home repairs, assistance with yard work, friendly visiting, telephone reassurance, transporation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and other errands. Elder Care services provide case managment, financial management, guardian and/or conservator, power of attorney and representative payee, In-Home Respite Care, EMAC (elderly medical angel care) for medication management, GAP/RAP (grandparents as parents and relatives as parents) support groups, Grandparent Caregiver Resource Program, Caregiver and Bereavement Support Groups, home health care supplies and a clothing closet for seniors.
