Oakwood Creative Care provides "Day Clubs," an innovative alternative in the continuum of senior care options. Our participating club members often experience many challenges associated with the aging process from dementia, to stroke, Parkinson’s or even physical disabilities. Our programs are designed to bring out the best in each individual, offering them an opportunity to stay engaged in the community, have a place where they belong, and socialize with peers experiencing a similar journey. We believe that someone’s diagnosis doesn’t stop them from having purpose and meaning in their lives.

Our services give family members peace of mind that their loved one is in a safe and supervised place. We believe in a Person Centered Model which focuses on developing each person’s strengths and not limiting them based upon diagnosis. Oakwood Creative Care is a place for socialization, friendship, therapeutic activities, wellness services and support for family caregivers.
