Here are just a few ways you can help: become a Big Brother/Big Sister, mentor teenagers, support staff at special events, teach computer skills to seniors, assist the developmentally disabled on group outings, distribute meals to the homebound elderly, be a friend to a mentally ill person, assist the teacher in a child care, provide clerical assistance to any program, lead a class on your area of interest (art, dance, theatre, cooking, etc.).
