As a volunteer, you will assist us with driving homeless clients to their work sites, as well as providing support and encouragement in their reintegration back into the work force.

CASS Works! is a non-profit temporary employment service based out of Central Arizona Shelter Services. We hire homeless clients to work in day labor positions throughout the Valley of the Sun. Our workers are provided with breakfast, a bag lunch, transportation to and from the site, as well as any tools or clothes necessary for the job. Unlike so many other temporary agencies, CASS Works! does not charge clients for ANY services provided to them. We promote fair and ethical treatment of all of our employees.
