The RSVP program through the Community Council of St. Charles County places adults 55+ in various health and non-profit agencies in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. Our website provides a catalogue of volunteer opportunities as well as an on-line volunteer application. Personalized matching of volunteer to volunteer opportunity is provided. Volunteers may also receive a free electronic monthly newsletter listing needs in the community for that month. Volunteers receive individual assistance and receive a handbook detailing the program. Free secondary accident, liability and excess automobile insurance is provided while volunteering. Hours of the RSVP volunteers are tracked and recognition events are held.
