Southern Star Communications, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is a regional operating division of Capstar Broadcasting. Radio Reaching Out is a nationwide volunteer program sponsored by Capstar Broadcasting Corporation, one of the nation's largest radio broadcasting companies, and Project America, a national service organization.
