Downtown Inc., a business improvement district, is located in vibrant and eclectic downtown Santa Ana. Downtown Inc.'s district area includes iconic spaces like the Artist Village, Yost Theater, Frida Cinema, and critically-acclaimed restaurants such as Chapter One, Playground, Little Sparrow, Boldo, Diego's, Gypsy Den, and more. Downtown Inc. looks for creative ways to bring more visitors to downtown Santa Ana, to empower local businesses, to recruit new businesses to the area, and to expand relationships with the community, organizations, and other agencies outside of downtown Santa Ana.
