Mission Statement

Yoga 4 Change's mission is to promote healthy living and foster self-confidence in veterans, inmates, at-risk youth and those suffering from substance abuse through the teachings and practices of yoga.

Description

Yoga 4 Change is currently teaching classes at the following facilities:

  • Duval County Community Transition Facility
  • Florida Youth Challenge Academy
  • PACE Center for Girls
  • Northeast Florida Family Support Services
  • Jacksonville Women's Center
  • Veterans involved in the HUDVASH Program
  • Hastings Comprehensive Mental Healthy Facility
  • Gulf Coast Academy

Yoga 4 Change is currently in the process of finalizing classes at the following facilities:

  • KIPP Impact Middle School
  • Youth Crisis Center
  • The Impact House
  • Baker Correctional Institution
  • Duval County Jail
  • Union Correctional Institue
