Description

The PRIDE Center is a comprehensive "one-stop" service system where current and former foster youth between the ages of 16-25 can access a wide range of free services and growth opportunities as they work towards independence and self-sufficiency.

Each youth will be assisted in developing his/her own individual service plan based on personal goals and needs as well as having access to the Center Case Managers and Service Facilitators.
