We are a not-for-profit agency. Adult day health is designed to meet the needs of adults and young adults with physical and/or cognitive impairments. Structured,comprehensive, and non-residential, these programs provide a variety of health, social, rehabilitative, and support services. We also have support for the families and other caregivers.
