Long-term Care Ombudsmen investigate and resolve complaints for residents in nursing homes, boarding homes and adult family homes.

It's been called the toughest volunteer job in America, and perhaps rightly so. It's also one of the most reqarding as you find yourself making a difference in the lives of some of the most frail, vulnerable folks in our communities.

Lont-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsmen are advocates for residents in LTC facilities. In addition to investigating and resolving complaints, Ombudsmen help residents understand and exercise their rights.
