The mission of the Blacksburg Museum & Cultural Foundation is to preserve, protect and promote Blacksburg's historic, artistic and cultural heritage through progamming at the Alexander Black House & Cultural Center and the St. Luke & Odd Fellows Hall.

The history & culture of Blacksburg are preserved and shared with the community through rotating exhibits, art shows, and various programs at the Alexander Black House & Cultural Center and the St. Luke & Odd Fellows Hall.
