Description

Become a partner in helping Alzheimers families survive.

The Alzheimer's Association helps the community by providing services of education and support. Caring for someone with memory loss can be very stressful unless appropriate support and education is found. With your help, the chapter will continue to provide services FREE of charge to families who need us. These services include a telephone Helpline, Family Support Groups, Safe Return (Bracelet ID Program), Education programs and a new Memory Screening Project which ensures appropriate diagnosis of memory problems while provided needed support services. Join our compassionate and dedicated corp of volunteers who are essential in implementing these programs to 268,000 families in the Tri-state area coping with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder.
