Description

Assist to develop an intergenerational coalition of nonprofit organizations and schools that operate intergenerational programs throughout Long Island.

Volunteers will gain experience in organizing people and groups into action both at the local level and area-wide level. We are assisting local nonprofits in low income communities to create intergenerational programs while also promoting volunteerism among retirees.
