Work one-on-one with seniors & persons with disabilities in understanding & improving access to Medicare & other health insurances.

Volunteer Health Insurance Counselors will:
1)INFORM & EDUCATE Medicare beneficiaries &/or their caregivers on Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare supplemental insurance, & long-term care insurance.
2)COUNSEL individual clients on decision-making regarding their health insurance coverage.
3)ASSIST individual clients with claims issues, completing applications, & accessing services via other agencies.
