HARBEL Prevention and Recovery Center is a state certified outpatient substance abuse prevention and treatment program for adolescents and adults that uses volunteers in various capacities.

HARBEL Prevention and Recovery Center is a State certified outpatient substance abuse prevention and treatment program for adolescents and adults. Services include: 1) Tutoring for middle/high school students who may be at high risk for substance abuse 2) Enhanced GED program for substance abuse clients 3) Community Education 4) On site individual family and group substance abuse and prevention counseling 5) School based individual and group substance abuse and prevention counseling 6) Specialized treatment services for DUI/DWI offenders and those with juvenile or criminal justice involvement 7) Parenting group
