Have fun and experience rewarding contact with elderly through delivery of Meals on Wheels or visiting for longer times.

Meals on Wheels requires a minimum of 1-day a week commitment to pick up, deliver and return containers for meals to senior citizens who are homebound. A service that isolated elderly are dependent upon and very grateful for.
Friendly Visiting has a more relaxed requirement in that it can be done at any pre-agreed time through the week.
