insomnia treatment study using behavioral methods

We are conducting a behavioral treatment study for older adults with insomnia and at least one of the following conditions: coronary artery disease, osteoarthritis, or COPD. The study involves parcitipation in an 8-week classroom treatment program and completing several questionnaires as well as a home sleep assessment.
