Description

Get Fit and have FUN while volunteering at the Vista del Monte Fitness & Aquatic Center designed specifically for older adults. Assist at reception desk, strength training equipment, lifeguarding.

Assist with basic clerical skills at our reception desk. Be trained to assist others using strength training and conditioning equipment. Become a certified shallow water lifeguard. Assist fitness instructors teaching older adult land and water exercise classes. Help in our Aquatic & Restorative Physical Therapy clinic.
