Palomar Pomerado Home Care is a Home Health Agency of professional staff (RN's, LVN's, PT's, etc) who provide medical visits to patients in the home. One specific program within the agency is the Welcome Home Baby program which is a grant supported program that provides home visits to first time parents which include support and follow up for the first year of life.
