Description

The APHMCC is looking for caring philantrophists who share its mission of nurturing "at risk" families with the love and support needed to overcome the barriers encountered to achieve life success.

The APHMCC will provide beneficial cultural, educational, recreational and social service programs for children, teens, adults and seniors at every need of the age spectrum. The APHMCC believes in its shared responsibiliy to advance the quality of life and future options for urban families "at risk" and will build a collaborative coalition of community stakeholders and city leaders to develop and implement comprehensive plans to further its mission.
