Description

Silver Springs - Martin Luther School was founded as an orphanage in the Germantown section of Philadelphia in 1859. Today, Silver Springs provides educational and healing services for children who are struggling with severe emotional and behavioral difficulties and their families, from Southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Our inter-related programs include: Residential Treatment; an Approved Private School; Community Based Services which include foster family care, "wrap-around" services, and outpatient mental health services. Silver Springs is committed to providing hope, healing, and education to vulnerable children so that they can grow into healthy, productive adults.
