Description

We Are Changing Lives

The Foster Grandparent Program offers seniors age 60 and older opportunities to serve as mentors, tutors, and loving caregivers for children and youth with special needs. Foster Grandparents serve 15 hours a week, and may be eligible to receive a modest stipend for their volunteer time. Other benefits include reimbursement for transportation, some meals during service, and accident and liability insurance while on duty. Pre-Service and monthly training sessions required.
