Mission Statement

One should be aware that their personal activism and enjoyment of the many natural wonders seen in desert habitats have not come about by accident. Aquatic desert habitats offer sights that are visible only with an informed eye. With work and education, anyone can contribute to endangered fish recovery.

Description

DSAC is a loose knit group of aquarium hobbyists and interested conservationists who work with official sanction to promote an attitude of active participation in native fish habitat restoration. DSAC has provided volunteer manpower to the Nevada Department of Wildlife and the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service at select sites where hands-on citizen activities can promote endangered and protected fish recovery.
